I'm a fan of the [[Entrepreneurial Operating System]] and their implementation of the [[Level 10 Meeting]].
It's hard to teach somebody how to have an effective meeting.
It is something that starts with a training session, follows with practical sessions, then results in a recurring schedule to enforce the habit.
That is a fairly large commitment.
It is also why most meetings are less than ideal.
I recommend watching the below to learn the basics, and then finding a mediator to help you through your first half dozen.

There is a more modern version of this video, but I find it doesn't convey the material quite the same.
A very easy to learn and use application for this is [Bloom Growth](https://www.bloomgrowth.com/), however similar results can be completed with a spreadsheet or word document if you have the diligence to maintain it.
