Fusion (Formerly Fusion 360) is a parametric CAD system owned by [[AutoCAD]]. It has a "Personal use" licence for people with minimal restrictions. This licence is valid if you "make less than $1000 a year using the software". It is arguably one of the easiest to learn Parametric 3D modelling applications.
