I'm not particularly interested in being a gym junkie, but it's nice to not hurt myself when doing physical things, and have reasonable strength and capability. In the search for mentors and guidance for strength and flexibility, I've found two that I enjoy the most, while also providing good information. - [[MovementByDavid]], for flexibility - fun and earnest with good information - [[Yellow Dude]], for strength - a bit of a meme, but with good information.
