I love to learn.
At some point I realised I should probably learn a little bit about *how* to learn, and so read various books.
Two stood out.
# [[Understanding How We Learn - A Visual Guide]]
This book details the psychology of learning, with cause and effect relationships.
Amusingly, because it is a book about learning effectively, it uses many of the lessons within to be an engaging and effective learning tool.
# [[How to Take Smart Notes]]
This one is a little more procedural.
It details the process a renowned sociologist used ([[Niklas Luhmann]]) and ways to have a similar result with arbitrary tools.
It also extends a little into the psychology covered by [[Understanding How We Learn - A Visual Guide]], primarily around creating connections between pieces of information.
